Cancelation Policy
Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations or reschedules made through our platform or by phone/text. Due to our business being solely reliant on appointments scheduled, we are grateful for and rely on your patronage. Cancellations or Rescheduled Appointments made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time will not be charged a fee. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment amount. No shows will be charged 100% of the amount of the appointment booked, and the card on file will be the card utilized for these charges.
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancelling, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the previously stated cancellation policy will be enforced.
In special circumstances, such as emergencies, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Provisions of the Massage
During your massage, the therapist may use Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cross Fiber, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Mu-Xing, Essential Oils and/or other approved techniques. The therapist will massage the necessary body part to facilitate the massage, excluding any contraindicated areas. Proper draping of the genital area and gluteal cleavage will be used throughout the massage. The breasts of female clients will be covered at all times, and breast massage will not be performed without the written consent of the client before the session. The therapist will immediately end the massage if the client initiates any verbal or physical contact that is sexual in nature. If, at any time, the client or therapist is uncomfortable during the massage, the client or therapist will be informed and the session will end immediately.
Client Waiver
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination and diagnosis. It is recommended that I see a physician for any medical ailment that I may have. I understand that the massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder. Because massage/bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all known medical conditions and understand that there shall be no liability on the massage therapist's part should I fail to do so. I hereby release the therapist of any liability for items left in the massage room at the conclusion of my session.
